Okay KWIK KAR gets better. ..... kudos and congrats to the owner as HE called and help resolve the contentious problem and concerns in a short time and for mutual respect. People DO do the right and make good their deeds and services.
Was impressed until today ( even yesterday I was impressed with help and referral to find a replacement hub cap cover at an available dearship). However. the indignant customer service given to my daughter and her husband TODAY blew me away. The covered repair work previously done correcting it was done as authorized; HOWEVER the point was that the additional charges WERE CANCELLED with BRAD yesterday SO no bill was expected SO you go figure WHY this 5☆ is NOW A NO or A 1☆. The indignant attitude of the office cashier just to answer their request to verify when, with whom, why, and how they were charged is dumb founding to me.
Obviously, they were not given or willing to provide dignified customer service effort to find a solution.
I've been a Kwik Kar Watauga (Oil, Maintenance & Repair, & Wash) customer for 15+ years and have always enjoyed the EXTREAMELY COURTEOUS PERSONNEL and EXPERT SERVICE. I've moved all over the Keller, Fort Worth, Alliance area and have always driven the distance to bring ALL my vehicles back to Watauga. We are leaving the DFW area this month and will sorely miss being able to bring our vehicles here.
Amazing Service. Toby was so patient with me, he worked very well with my old truck. He was able to help me get it fixed and understand what was going on. Even though I just came here to get it detailed, he worked very well with me. He deserves amazing credit for what he did for me today.
Great customer service.
Efficient and speedy service! Shout out to Sarah for helping me re-fill my nearly deflated tires and her excellent customer service.
Went to get truck washed on 12/22/16 @ 5:25 & it was closed when the hours on website say M-F 8:00-6:00.
I went to Kwikkar in Watauga on Monday. I noticed a puddle of oil under my car, and get to Kwikkar was my first thought! I explained that I was due for an oil change and that I think I had an oil leak. I went inside to wait. I was in the kids area, so I could see the front end of my deisel truck. No Leak! I watched as they started the oil change/leak check process. Your shop lead, Will saw my worried look and asked me to come outside.
He explained that there were two areas of concern. I have a repair that was done to a transmission line that he was asking about. Then he told me about my leak. He said that it looked like I was leaking a significant amount of oil, but that it wasn't actively leaking at that time. I got to see under my truck and he pointed out where the leak was originating. It wasn't in the usual area.
I went back inside and did some research. I found out that at really cold temps, the oil cooler seals on my 7.3 deisel can leak until they get warm. (It was 19 degrees) Will saw that I was still concerned and when he came back in to get me I explained what I had read about the oil cooler and he said that was about the area that the oil was coming from. He agreed that it was likely that could be the problem since my truck was no longer leaking, I had plenty on oil when I first came in, and the oil pressure was perfect.
Will never once made me feel like I didn't know what I was talking about. He welcomed the information that I had and made sure that he took my knowledge into account. He knew I was upset so he made sure to update me frequently. By far, my best experience with a mechanic. Will and the rest of the staff at Kwikcar in Watauga were friendly, considerate, helpful, knowledgable, and not dismissive in any way.
If you need any work done to your vehicle, go see Will!
I brought my car to you on 11-11-2017. I needed an inspection and I knew I was going to have to have the parking brake fixed. You guys called me once stating you were only waiting on the brake light assembly, which I never ask for you to fix? You said all the other work had been completed. You kept my car from 8:30am until 2:37pm. I rode my bike back down there and low and behold the brake light (Which I never asked to be fixed) was sitting on the shelf still not on my car. It took your mechanic less than 5 minutes to put that brake light assembly on my car and you charged me $97.50 for labor...ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!! and now my parking brake still isn't fixed??? It was the reason the car was in for repairs. I ended up attaching the brake light assembly for the mechanic because he couldn't' get it to stay.
Question 1. How do you justify charging $97.50 for labor to put in a tail light assembly that takes less than 5 minutes to do. I was there I observed the labor.
Question 2. What are the Job Supplies/Fluids/Misc charges for $19.71. If all you did was change the tail light assembly, its a snaps out - snaps in. There are no Supplies/Fluids/Misc??? How do you justify this charge?
